Shipping and return policy: Animal Shipping: The ordering process is two steps. First place your order and then we will contact you to arrange the best day and morning or afternoon for fedex or UPS delivery. Shipping is non-refundable in all cases. We guarantee all animals will arrive live and well. If by chance an animal does arrive not ok, Please call us right away. 615-819-0320,( If the animal died in transit). We request you take a photo and call us right away. We will give you 24 hours to examine your new pet to make sure you are completely satisfied. If the animal is not signed for on the first attempt of delivery all guarantees are void. Leave a detailed message, if we do not answer include date and time your name, order number and return telephone number. We need your first and last name if billed to a different name then that one as well. What is wrong, so when we call back within 24hours we have an answer for you if your animal is sick. 615-819-0320 You as a reptile, amphibian, or spider/scorpion owner must be aware of how to care for your animal and for guarantee to be in force you must have proper living quarters (cage) and have read books or articles on care. If for any reason you want to return your animal there is a 10% re-stocking fee and you must pay for the shipping to return. The animal must be shipped back in the same container or new containers can be purchased on our site. We are currently having issues with the shipping part of our site so shipping will be calculated separately using the USPS postage calculator.
